  • Nonstick cooking spray  
  • 1 large egg
  • cup / 80 g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • ½ small apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. apple pie spice (or ground cinnamon) 
  • ¼ tsp. butter extract
  • ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray. 

  2. Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, apple, apple pie spice, butter extract, and vanilla extract; stir until well incorporated.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
