- Parchment paper
- ¾ cup / 185 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cacao nibs
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter
- Plastic wrap

Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Add yogurt, Shakeology, extract, and cacao nibs to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined.

Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Top with banana.

Place peanut butter in a small bowl; microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over yogurt mixture.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces; serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
